Newsflash: The Center of the Galaxy Tastes Like Raspberries
Apr 29, 2009People, people, fruits are at the heart of it all. Here’s the proof.
Also, I recently came across the entry on raspberries in the Oxford Companion to Food. Apparently, despite being considered a berry, “the fruit is technically an etaerio of druplets (a cluster of small fruits with stones).”
These are the sort of tidbits that I kinda wish had made it into the Fruit Hunters, but at the same time am kinda happy didn’t. (See this)
